Kali Jones, class of 2010, was recently chosen from 1,500 applicants for the 2011 S. Truett Cathy Scholar Award. The award is given each year to 25 restaurant team members nationwide. The 25 were selected from the previous year's class of Chick-fil-A Leadership Scholars, who received $1,000 each. Kali, who attends Samford University in Alabama, will now receive an additional $1,000. The Marietta Daily Journal article about Kali's scholarship is posted below.
