Third- and fourth-graders used the game, Twister, to help remember important tips for being online. For example, the RED dot means, “Uh-uh. Oh, no. You’re not getting MY passcode!” Using this mnemonic device, students learned the importance of keeping passwords private and the need to identify safe people who they should share they passwords with. This lesson was taught by Bethany Brant, director of instructional technology.
