For the first time in school history, the varsity boys soccer team will be competing in the GHSA Class A state championship on Friday, May 12, at 2:30 p.m. at Mercer Univeristy. The WolfPack will take on The Walker School in a Cobb County showdown.

The team advances to the finals after defeating Hebron Christian 3-1 in the semifinals on May 9. Click here to read the MDJ coverage of the victory.

The PackBackers are organizing a fan bus to transport Upper School students to the game. The bus will depart from Whitefield at 12 p.m. after lunch on campus and will return at approximately 6:30 p.m. Students who would like to ride the fan bus to the game must sign up in the Upper School office and turn in a permission form from their parents.

Entrance to the game will cost $12 at the gate, and students should bring extra money for concessions during the game. There is no charge for bus transportation. Chick-fil-A sandwiches will be provided following the game.

Upper School classes will NOT resume after 12 p.m. Any Upper School students remaining on campus will be in supervised study hall until 3 p.m.

If you aren't able to attend the game in person, you can watch the game live online by clicking here.
