The WolfPack Middle School girls soccer team fought hard for two afternoons in a row and earned a tie and a win for the team. On Tuesday, April 12, the Pack played to win against Mt. Bethel, with an assist by Inessa Watson (7th) to Avery Fassnacht (7th) to score the only goal for the team. However, the defense held strong, and Adiyah Thomas (7th) had multiple saves, but one slipped by in the last three minutes of the game. Final score: tied 1-1. Back at it again, the girls came out against the North Cobb Christian Eagles, a team they had played earlier in the season. At the half the game was tied with no goals. The Pack busted out the second half, with an assist by Kyla McCurdy (6th) to Sophia Megathlin (7th), who finished off the only goal for the team, leading them to a 1-0 win.
