Varsity Girls Golf Team Earns Berth In Sectionals

Under clear blue skies and along the undulating, rain-soaked fairways of Pinetree Country Club, the girls varsity golf team earned a berth in the sectional tournament by soundly defeating both St. Francis and North Cobb Christian. Way to go girls - this is the second year in a row!
With a team score of 208 the WolfPack took second place to Mt. Pisgah. Madison Barnett won best/low individual score across all competing schools with an eagle on the second hole and birdie on the last. Anna Kate Peterson finished with a bogie on the par 5 18th to close the deal for the WolfPack. Freshmen Molly Langella and Annabelle Herschend turned in stellar performances to round out the team.
Varsity Baseball Team Sweeps Fellowship In Doubleheader
The varsity baseball team won both games of a doubleheader Tuesday against Fellowship Christian at LakePoint. The Pack won the first game 9-7 and won the night cap 10-0.
The Pack moves to 18-4 on the season and 12-3 in region play, maintaining sole possession of second place in sub Region 6B. They are currently #9 in the Power Rankings headed into a tough game against #1 ranked Kings Ridge Christian today at home at 5 p.m.
