Four Whitefield varsity cheerleaders performed at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl FanFest and parade, a pre-game party on Thursday, December 31. Kathryn Grace Faulk (12th), Mallory Fields (11th), Megan Fikse (12th), and Hanna Grace Miller (12th), were invited to participate after they were named FCA All-American cheerleaders at an FCA cheerleading camp this past summer.
FanFest is a family-oriented pre-game party, with a wide-range of receiving, passing, and kicking games and obstacle courses as well as delicious food and beverages. The FanFest culminated with the pep rally and team walks, where the WolfPack cheerleaders participated in traditional fight songs and cheers with a host of cheerleaders from across the nation.
The game, which was played New Year’s Day, was dominated by the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs, who beat the Ole Miss Rebels, 42-3.
