Four WolfPack varsity teams ended March with outstanding season records, propelling them towards a likely run in the playoffs as they head into the final push of the season.

The varsity girls tennis team is undefeated, having dominated in several regional matches with shutout wins against teams such as Strong Rock, King’s Ridge, Landmark and Fellowship Christian. The varsity boys tennis team has three shutout wins thus far and only two losses, and also looks to be a major contender in the regional playoffs.
The varsity lacrosse team, with only one loss this season, is ranked #7 in the state by Laxpower and the varsity baseball team is currently ranked 12th in the state by Georgia Prep Country.
“These four teams have done a great job of developing their talent, playing as a team, and competing at a high level," said Lynn Dupree, Whitefield athletics director. "I look forward to seeing how each one finishes their season. Keep In mind that varsity girls tennis is working to capture their fifth straight region championship, lacrosse is looking for a back-to-back playoff season, and baseball is striving to make the playoffs for the first time in school history. Each team deserves and wants the support of the Whitefield athletic family. Come cheer them on!”
