Thirty-six Upper School students and seven chaperones joined more than 5,000 students from across the state in Columbus last week for the 2019 GA Thespian Conference. The students attended five shows and multiple workshops on singing, dancing, acting, and stage combat while at the conference Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Many of our students attended a “Beyoncé Challenge” dance workshop which left folks out of breath! Another highlight of the conference was having students Joe Martin Tvorach, Alex Eaton, Cha Cha Hamilton, Anna Bracher, and Josie Levy enter Individual Events, where they received strong scores from the judges. It was a great weekend of growing together as performers and bonding as a thespian troupe. Our students represented well!
