Sixth-grade students John Crews and Steve Caldwell used toy soldier characters to demonstrate the immune system’s response when a pathogen invades the body during Life Science block day in Mrs. Figaretti’s class. They are taking pictures to prepare a stop motion project to share with their classmates. Students had their choice of projects to choose from, including: comic strips, Google slides, a puppet show, SCRATCH animation, a flipbook, or a story book.
