The Middle School soccer teams ended their regular season play by shutting out Walker on Friday, April 15.

The boys team maintained their undefeated season with a 5-0 victory. James Heiskell (7th) knocked in a rebound created by Joe Ostholhoff (8th) and Joel McKinney (7th) to put the Pack up early and the team never looked back.

Solid team play resulted in a scoring strike from Scott Hellier (7th) shooting left to right across the box after clever moves in the corner and a precision assist from John Johnson (6th). KJ Johnson (8th) headed in his own rebound and Joel (7th) powered one in to the far corner after driving from midfield down the right flank to round our first half scoring. In the second half Jack Valentine’s (7th) nifty arc over the keeper in the second half brought the scoring to a close.

The defense played well not only keeping goals out but also contributing from the back for a team

attack. Shout outs to Devonte Watson (8th), Matthew Kwon (7th), Zion O’Neal (7th), Micah Messner (7th), Justin Gachoya (7th), Sam Ijiwoye (7th) and keeper Walker Smith (8th) for recording another shut out.

The girls had a shutout win, 8-0. Starting the first half off with two goals were Lindsey Fry (7th), assisted by Kyla McCurdy (6th), and Kyla, assisted by Grayson Nour (8th). During the second half, Avery Fassnacht (7th) scored a hat trick of three goals, with one assisted by Katarina Kelly (8th).  Lilly David (7th) and Kyla each were able to connect and score a goal off of a corner kick by Katarina. Hats off to the awesome defense, who kept the score as a shutout! Those players include Caroline Browne (8th), Mady Kendrick (8th), and goalie Adiyah Thomas (7th).
