The Middle School Blue boys basketball team pulled out a 46-40 victory against Fellowship on Tuesday evening, adding another win to an impressive season. Whitefield jumped out to an early 6-0 lead but was inconsistent on both ends of the court for the remainder of the half. Trailing by four points at the break, the Pack players turned up the defensive pressure and regained the lead heading into the final period. Devonte Watson (18 points, 3 steals) made 7 out of 8 from the line to preserve the win. AJ Hopkins (10 points, 8 rebounds), Jason Dinschel (9 points, 4 assists, 4 steals), and Andrew Thomas-Brown (7 points, 8 rebounds, 2 blocks) made plays on both ends of the court. The Blue team closes out the regular season with a home game against King’s Ridge on Friday night.
