The Pack met Pinecrest in a doubleheader this weekend, winning one game and losing another. In the winning game, the Pack combined for 12 hits and 16 RBIs, rallying to win 18-13. Matt Olson (12rh) led the way offensively going four-for-five at the plate with two doubles and three RBIs. Ryan Wesley (12th) was two-for-three with a home run and four RBIs; Bradley Davideson (12th) was two-for-three with a double and four RBIs; John Schwartz (11th) was two-for-three with two doubles and two RBIs, and Mason Jones (10th) added an RBI. Sam Fuller (10th) hit a two-run homerun to put the Pack ahead 14-13 for good in the fourth inning. Jake Gilbert (11th) got the win on the mound, going two innings and allowing only two hits and two runs. Nile Ball (12th) closed in the seventh, striking out one.
The Pack moves to 16-4 on the season and 10-3 in region play maintaining sole possession of second place in sub-Region 6B. The Pack plays at LakePoint Tuesday at 4 p.m. in a doubleheader against Fellowship Christian and returns home Wednesday against #1 ranked Kings Ridge Christian. Go Pack!!
