Boys Golf Team Remains Undefeated After Beating Holy Spirit Preparatory



The varsity boys golf team competed against Holy Spirit Preparatory School and won with a convincing 309 to 397 win at Dogwood Golf Club.



The four contributing scores for undefeated Whitefield were: Sam Fishbeck - 76, Will Schultz - 77, Alex Forsbrand - 78, and Austin Thompson - 78. Go Pack!





Varsity Boys Soccer Team Beats Galloway In Overtime



The varsity boys soccer team went late into Friday night with a 1-1 tie at the end of regular play against Galloway. The boys had fallen behind in the first half of play until sophomore William Hellier's corner kick found high-flying junior Kerry Martin's shoulder into the net. The overtime victory was highlighted with penalty kicks by William and Josh Orr (9th) and a critical save by goalkeeper John Matherne (9th).

The boys are 2-2 in area play and face Landmark Christian tonight.





Middle School Lacrosse Team Takes Down North Cobb 9-3



The Middle School lacrosse team played the team's first home game and won 9-3 vs. North Cobb this past Saturday. The Pack played their best lacrosse yet this season and depended on each other throughout the entire game.



The game started with the ball on the defensive end for four minutes straight. The defense was held together at that time with three saves by goalie Noah Howard (8th). Once the offense gained the ball, they made two goals in the first quarter. Before the half, the team adjusted well and had a 5-1 lead, led by attack man Hudson Weller (6th) who had a hat trick on the day.



Throughout the game, the players worked together gaining 25 ground balls, led by midfielder Alex Bauer (5th) with five total. Goalie Aiden Carbonell (6th) closed out the fourth quarter well and the Pack took home a key victory to the season.



The next games for the Middle School lacrosse team are Tuesday, April 14 and Saturday, April 18, at home. Come out and support your team!





Middle School Baseball Team Bests JK Christian



The season highlight for the Middle School baseball team was this past Saturday, when the team came from behind to beat JF Christian. The Pack was down 8-2 in the fifth, then closed the gap to 8-4 in the top of the sixth. The Pack rallied to score six runs in the seventh and won 10-8. West Peterson (8th) came in to close and had foud strikeouts in two-and-a-half innings. The bats came to life in a big way. Parker McKinney (8th) led going 3-4, Russell Bell (8th) going 2-4, Carson Sanders (8th) going 2-4, and Jackson Lewis (7th) going 2-4. Louis Brogan (7th) laid down the perfect bunt to tie the game when we needed to score the man from third base. It was a memorable team win.
