Forty Whitefield students were inducted into the National Honor Society at a ceremony on March 14. NHS is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school students. The organization honors those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. Students lit candles representing these four traits as they were welcomed into the NHS.
