Tuesday, December 20, 6:30 p.m. (PreK4 through 1st grade) and 7:30 p.m. (2nd through 4th grade), LSSAC
The Lower School Christmas program is always a special time to gather together and share a wonderful evening of music with students, families, and guests. This year promises to be especially meaningful with the message of Matthew 5:14 - Jesus calling us to be a light to a dark world - as the centerpiece of both programs. Focused on the theme of “stars,” students explore the many definitions of the word by way of songs, narration, and acting. The student artwork for this event, created by Mrs. Hicks’ and Mrs. Bassing’s classes, features innovative 3D stars that will adorn the walls of the LSSAC in an exhibit before and after the concert. With over 50 speaking, acting, and singing special-feature roles in both programs combined, the production value is also heightened this year, allowing more Lower School student “stars” to shine on stage as they present this meaningful message. Mark your calendars for a night you won’t soon forget!
