Congratulations to Upper School art teacher Rebecca Brown! Her photograph, "Resist," was selected for the 2017 National Art Education Association (NAEA) Member Exhibition that will be showcased in the NAEA Studio & Gallery in Alexandria, Virginia, from October 1, 2017, through April 15, 2018.
NAEA received 422 submissions for this exhibit; the works were juried by a panel of four arts leaders, and 65 works were selected for the exhibition.
Mrs. Brown captured this photo during the National Geographic photography workshop she attended in San Francisco this past summer. The workshop focused on street photography and was taught by National Geographic photographers.
