Students of all ages have been learning new things and going on adventures through Whitefield's summer programs! While summer employees prepare for the 2016-2017 school year, classrooms and athletic fields have been busier than ever with Camp Whitefield, our day camp, and other specialty camps taking place all over campus.
Camp Whitefield attendees have enjoyed daily Bible lessons, arts and crafts, field trips, and Wacky Wednesday, a day full of water activities.
Students have also participated in sports camps, such as archery camp, where Lower School and Middle School students learned the fundamentals of archery, and junior football camp, where Lower School boys were trained in the basics of offense and defense positions. Other specialty camps thus far have included Minecraft server camp, where campers created their own Minecraft servers and customized them to their favorite style of play, and pottery camp, where students created several different pieces of pottery. For parents interested in giving their
kids a head start on the school year, there have been academic camps, such as Pack in the Phonics camp.
