The Middle School soccer teams took on rival Mount Paran on Monday night, February 29, and came away victorious. The boys team earned a thrilling 2-1 victory against the league rival as the Johnson brothers, KJ and John each found the back of the net for a great team win. There was great combination play up top from Joe Ostholhoff, Alex Schulte, and Jason Dinschel, who set up these goals while stout defense from Micah Messner, Sam Ijiwoye, and keeper Walker Smith anchored the back.
The girls team secured another complete shut out with a final score of 5-0, with the first goal of the afternoon by Sophia Megathlin, followed by a goal by Kyla McCurdy to make it 2-0 at the half. The last half of the game, the WolfPack finished strong, with goals by Lindsey Fry, Avery Fassnacht, and Inessa Watson. A tough defense was led by Caroline Browne.
