The Whitefield WolfPup wrestling team had another great showing at the Forsyth Central Wrestling Tournament this past weekend. First grader Jake O’Connor earned third place; fourth grader Aaron Schuster earned third place; sixth grader Collin Schuster earned second place; and fourth grader Jack Schuster earned fourth place in their respective weight classes. Congratulations, team!
Whitefield's Lower School wrestling program trains students the basic techniques of wrestling and also provides a chance to practice those techniques on the mat at weekly practices on campus. The program was started two years ago by Whitefield parent Dan Peterson who wanted to give young boys an opportunity to develop a love for wrestling.
